Partnering & Working with XQ

XQ is partnering with MSPs, MSSPs, and resellers worldwide to bring our innovative data security solutions to market and provide a new revenue stream to our partners.


XQ Partner Program Overview

Help your clients comply with HIPAA, CMMC, ITAR, FINRA, GDPR and more while positioning your organization for the future. 

XQ’s partner network is designed to provide Managed Service Providers, Managed Security Service Providers, and Resellers access to learning pathways with technical, sales, and marketing resources.

Make security core to your digital transformation practice by extending XQ’s Zero-Trust Data Protection to your platforms, applications, and customers.


Getting to Know XQ

The first step in partnering with XQ is meeting with our team. Use the links below to book two back to back meetings (or as close together as schedules will allow).

The first meeting (30 minutes) is with a member of our partnerships team and focuses on the sales side of the partnership. Topics include:

  • XQ’s offering and solutions
  • The problem we are solving
  • Our value propositions to Partners
  • Our value propositions to Customers

The second meeting (45 minutes) is with a more technical member of our team and it focuses on a demo of our products as well as time for Q&A. Topics include:

After those calls, we generally set up another touchpoint to answer any further questions and discuss next steps, but it is not required. 


Joining the Program

Once you are ready to join our Partner Program, we have a few formalities that need to be completed.

XQ is excited to be an exclusive partner of Ingram Micro. As such, all partner-related transactions need to be conducted via Ingram Micro’s Cloud Marketplace, and all XQ Partners need to be Ingram Partners.


Partnership Stages

1. Sales Training

Our Sales Training session touches on the items outlined below with the goal of setting a solid foundation for your sales team. After the call we will also send over many of the resources discussed. 

  • How do we sell?
  • Products
  • How do you work with XQ?/ Sales support process
  • Review and share collateral 
  • Competitive landscape 
  • Value prop for partners
  • Value prop for customer
  • Top 3-5 customer objections and how we address them

2. Technical Training

Prior to the Technical Training session, we will send over instructions on how to onboard your team onto XQ’s products. We will also provide testing licences to ensure you are able to trail and demonstrate the products. It is recommended that you have XQ Secure Communications and Vault set up for at least one user so you are able to follow along with the session.

3. GTM Strategy

The goal of this session is to work collaboratively to decide on a plan for how you will bring XQ to your customers. We will support your efforts with marketing materials, vertical specific value propositions, and more.

4. Identify Key Opportunities

Phase 4 is up to your team, but we are here to help! The goal of this phase is to set those first few meetings with customers. Let us know what we can do to help move things forward.

5. Close Deals
