Not receiving verification emails

XQ account verification links are sent by no-reply@xqmsg.com. If your account verification email has not appeared in your email inbox within 5-10 minutes, refer to the following steps:

  1. Check Spam, Junk, and/or Promotions folders.
  2. If the email is not in any of these folders, it might have been blocked by internal services.
    • If you are using a business email address, please contact your internal IT administrators to check any mail filters. We also suggest requesting that your IT admins allow or unblock emails from the xqmsg.co and xqmsg.com domains to prevent unforeseen issues.
    • If you are using a personal email address, we recommend checking your spam settings to verify if XQ messages are automatically being deleted or withheld.
