The XQ Add-In is Being Added to a Different Address

Ensure the email address you plan to use with XQ is properly added to Outlook.

If you have multiple email addresses in Desktop Outlook and the XQ Add-in is being added to a different address instead of the one you want to use with XQ, make sure that address is properly added to Outlook and it’s not an alias.

To verify that the email account is added properly, you can look for the account settings or follow Windows instructions
