If the message “XQ Outlook Enterprise is working on your request” is stuck, an administrator needs to check for different permissions.

Enterprise applications permissions
Follow the next steps to grant admin consent for XQ Cloud Link – Azure:
- Log into entra.microsoft.com.
- Click on Applications and Enterprise Applications.
- Select XQ Cloud Link – Azure.
- Click on Permissions and then Grant admin consent.
SharePoint Permissions
Follow the next steps to grant Edit permission level with Add Items included to Site members:
- Open your SharePoint site.
- Click on Settings, Site permissions, and Advanced permissions settings.
- Click on Permission Levels.
- Select Edit.
- Mark the checkbox for Add Items. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
- Make sure that the group or user is added to the SharePoint site and has Edit permissions. From Advanced permissions settings, click on Check Permissions, type the group name or user e-mail, and click Check Now. You should see the Edit permission.
