When you are a member of multiple teams, you need to choose a team before signing in.
Keep in mind that:
- All communications are recorded within the team dashboard that you are logged into in the email extension. When you look for them, ensure the team in your email client (found in the settings) is the same as the dashboard.
- The Data Access Control (DAC) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies will apply for the team you selected when you logged in.
- If you are part of a company using XQ, make sure you are logged into the XQ extension in your work account with the correct team.
