Yes, a user encrypting an email utilizing XQ on Outlook will be able to send the encrypted email to a user utilizing Gmail.

The user on the receiving end can use our Chrome Extension and/or or GSuite Add-In to decrypt the contents of the email.

This is the same vice-versa if a user is sending an XQ encrypted email from Gmail to a user receiving the email on Outlook.
